requested via mail or in person. The following
information is very helpful in locating the
record:
- Case Number, if available (most victims
receive this number at the time of the
report)
- Victim Name
- Reporting Party
- Date of Incident
- Location of Incident (street address)
- Type of Incident (burglary, theft,
auto accident, etc)
