Fingerprinting

The Yakima Police Department provides a fingerprinting service for those people who may need prints for professional licensing or other non-law enforcement purposes with the exception of immigration. People needing prints for immigration should contact Immigration and Naturalization for that service.

This service is provided between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Anyone needing to have their prints taken must bring in the 10-print card provided by the agency requiring the prints. There is a fee of $5 for the first print card, with a $2 fee for each additional card (checks, cash or money order only). Some form of valid government-issued photo ID is required.
