Criminal History Checks

Criminal conviction records may be obtained from the Yakima Police Department Services Division for a $10 fee (checks, cash or money orders only). This service is only available during Records Bureau business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Requests for conviction information must provide the full name and date of birth of the person whose records are being sought. Records supplied will include Yakima Police Department convictions only. The cost of a notarized letter confirming that no criminal history for a given subject is present in Yakima Police Department records is $5.00. Requests for more extensive statewide records may be obtained from the Washington State Patrol Identification and Criminal History Section WATCH program https://watch.wsp.wa.gov/.
